Healthy Gummie Sweets – Preservative + Processed Sugar Free

Lemon + Orange Gummies

Gluten Free. Sugar Free. Dairy Free. Paleo.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp of grassfed gelatine powder ( I use this one)
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice and fresh orange juice, equal amounts of each to make 1/3rd of cup.

Method:

Add all of  the ingredients to a saucepan.  Stir well until mixed. Then heat over a low heat until nicely melted and smooth.

Pour into ice cube trays or silicon molds. Place in the freezer for 10 – 15 minutes.

They will stay firm at room temperature and you can store them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Ginger Gummies

  • 3 inches of ginger

Method:

Juice the ginger, making about 1/3 cup of pure ginger juice.

Add to a saucepan, then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well until mixed. Then heat over a low heat until nicely melted and smooth.

Pour into ice cube trays or silicon molds. Place in the freezer for 10 – 15 minutes.

They will stay firm at room temperature and you can store them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
