Take The Leap Of Fear & Feel Supported

  • Is there something you’ve always wanted to do but too scared to do it?
  • Is there an overwhelming feeling that has you frozen?
  • Do you feel stuck and desperate for change but not sure how to make it happen?
  • Does the thought of doing that thing have you hiding under the bed covers?

Have you got goals, dreams, desires & passions that you desperately want to reach, but this voice in your head tells you “I’m not good enough” or “I can’t do that”.

Oh yes, I know how it goes, I’ve been there too.

It’s called FEAR.

We are human beings, it’s a natural emotion for us to have.

Yes it’s natural. So give yourself a loving break! There is nothing wrong with you. Everyone gets it.

I say it is natural but it doesn’t have to be your normal.

 You can change your relationship to fear!

I want to share with you what I’ve learnt on my own journey, with healing illness, launching my own business and following my dreams.

1. Consistent little steps:

I didn’t say big steps, go all in, guns blazing and give fear the heave ho.. No.

We are talking some self-love, be gentle, but consistent little step’s

Take LITTLE steps.

Instead of thinking “oh this is too hard” and giving up when the going gets tough and your fear gets triggered. Just step back, take a breath, and don’t push yourself so hard.

Then take little baby steps, consistent little steps, towards that goal that scares you, Towards that dream you think is out of your reach.

Keep going. Slowly. At your own pace. Be gentle.


2. Love is the opposite of fear:

So anything that has you scared, and frozen in fear land needs some self-love talk.

I’ve got the perfect exercise that will get you all fired up with love – the best weapon against fear!

Lets power up your self-love!

I want you to write down 40 things you love about yourself. Things you love about YOURSELF. Make sure you complete the list of 40. Then once you have it, I want you to read it to yourself every day. Every morning. Every time any fear arises’. Your going to remind yourself just how amazing YOU are.

You”ve got this, You can do this.



Your passion is stronger than your fear!


3. Take that leap – you are supported:

Your stuck in procrastination land. Believe me you can be stuck there for a while, and the longer you stay there, the heavier it becomes. I promise you what ever has you stuck. Take the leap – just DO IT. You will feel so much lighter. Face that fear and jump. You will always be supported. The universe has your back, you just need to take action, consistently, with love and you will be fine.

You know you’ll regret it if you don’t! and I believe regret and “what if’s” linger longer than the original fear.

The more you do it, the easier it becomes. It will still happen for we are human. Fear will come up. However you’ll be ready, and each time your breakthroughs will be faster and fear won’t have the same hold over you anymore. You’ll be busting through those fear block’s on the daily 🙂
