Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp of raw cacao powder
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes to soften.
  2. Add nuts, cacao, coconut, chia seeds and the coconut oil to a food processor and mix.
  3. Add dates and process.
  4. If mixture is a little dry add some more coconut oil. It should the consistency of sticky dough.
  5. Roll mixture into bite size balls.
