I have to SHARE this delicious recipe I came up with whilst trying to make a sugar-free treat with what I had left over in the kitchen.
If you have ever tasted Caramac.. ?? and loved it? Then you will LOVE this recipe. Even better than Caramac this recipe is totally HEALTHY!!
- 4 tbsp of cashew butter
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- coconut flakes
- stevia to taste ( i use 5-6 drops)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
melt the coconut oil over a low heat, add in the cashew butter and stir until well mixed and soft. Add in all other ingredients. Stir well.
The pour onto a baking tray and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Serve once they are set.
These are sooooo good! My new favourite SUGAR FREE treat.
