I share a quick and easy smoothie recipe with you after my morning yoga session 🙂

Ingredients

  • Blackberries
  • Avocado
  • Spinach
  • Ginger
  • Coconut Kefir or Coconut Water
  • Almond Milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla
  • Stevia
  • Sunflower Lecithin
  • Sea Salt
