Get the Glow

IMG_0503

Try this tonic in the morning to start your day, packed full with Vitamin C to get the glow!

Skin Drink

  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp of Camu Camu
  • 1 tsp of Msm
  • few drops of stevia
  • 3-4 cups of warm filtered water

Mix all ingredients together for a powerful skin tonic.

Lemon :

Lemons are acidic to the taste, but are alkaline-forming in the body. In fact they are one of the most alkaline-forming foods; this makes them great for balancing a highly acidic condition in the body.

Msm:

MSM is formed naturally as a by-product of algae growing in the oceans and then is evaporated into the clouds. With rain, it falls to the Earth and becomes food and nutrition for all living organisms. MSM is highly concentrated in plants watered by rain, such as pine bark, wild grasses, aloe vera, etc. MSM is extracted from these plants and is available in supplemental crystal powder form.
MSM helps to promote elasticity, healing and repair. It makes cell walls more permeable, allowing nutrients and water to flow freely into cells. It also helps wastes and toxins to flow out

Camu Camu :

This fruit is packed with more natural vitamin C than any other food source recorded on the planet, in addition to beta-carotene, potassium, calcium, iron, niacin, phosphorus, protein, serine, thiamin, leucine, and valine. These powerful phytochemicals and amino acids have a surprising range of therapeutic effects. Camu camu has astringent, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, emollient and nutritional properties.

Another great skin tonic is Love Your Liver Lemon.
