Breakfast Banana Jar


This is a delightful breakfast, so quick and easy, I don’t even know if you need me to tell you the recipe ūüėČ

Here you go just in case :


  • 1/2 to 1 Banana (depending on how sweet you like it..)
  • Buckwheaties (sprouted & dehydrated buckwheat)
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Handful of goji berries & mulberries
  • Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds

I added some of my favourite superfoods right now such as :

Place into a jar, or a bowl.. but I love eating out of jars. I have Jar Love, I got it bad!

Then pour on your choice of milk.. Almond Milk, Coconut Milk or even raw milk.. (if you tolerate dairy)
