This is a delightful breakfast, so quick and easy, I don’t even know if you need me to tell you the recipe 😉
Here you go just in case :
- 1/2 to 1 Banana (depending on how sweet you like it..)
- Buckwheaties (sprouted & dehydrated buckwheat)
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Handful of goji berries & mulberries
- Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds
I added some of my favourite superfoods right now such as :
- 1 tsp Colostrum
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
Place into a jar, or a bowl.. but I love eating out of jars. I have Jar Love, I got it bad!
