Herbs for digestive health & skin benefits


I love herbs, aka as natures medicine!

I believe that there is a plant out there for everything and It makes sense that nature would provide us with everything we need, naturally.

Herbal tea’s are a great way to get the added benefits of herbs.


Here is a list of some of my favourite herbs, these are all especially  great for digestion, detox and improving the appearance of your skin from the inside out:

  • fennel
  • gymnema
  • peppermint
  • liquorice
  • burdock
  • red clover
  • dandelion

You can buy herbs loose and create your own mix of herbal tea’s! (My favourite way of making my own detox blends)

Just be mindful that herbs are  still a medicine and like anything, listen to your body and in moderation 🙂
