It’s so easy to make and a great nutritious snack, lunch, dinner.. great to keep in the fridge too.
Quinoa Superfood Bowl
- Cooked Quinoa
- Spring onion
- Olive oil
- Baby Tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper
Chop all ingredient and add to the Quinoa, mix in a bowl and add the Olive oil, Sea Salt & Pepper.
Simple! Enjoy in a bowl as it is, or you can make :
Quinoa & Avocado Nori Wrap
- Quinoa superfood bowl mix
- Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- Rocket Leaves
- Toasted Nori Sheets
Lay our flat a nori sheet and place a whole romaine leaf on top, fill with the Quinoa mix and add some extra rocket leaves.
Roll up and there you have your nori rolls 🙂
