Sometimes I like simple smoothies and sometimes I like to have a play and get all my Superfoods out and play at Alchemy!
This one I came up with whilst trying out my freshly made Seed Milk.
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of seed milk
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp of chlorella
- 1 tsp of acai powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp of rhodiola
- 1tbsp rice bran solubles
Blend and drink!
This drink was so perfect if you have a busy day ahead, the cacao gives you stimulation, a healthy version than coffee, and the super foods keep you going for hours.
