Groovy Smoothies

A juice cleanse is always amazing for me, but once in a while I like to do a day or 2 of  just smoothies and Juices  to give my digestion a little break too, whist being a little more decadent 😉

Here are some I have made recently:


Green Banana:



  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 to 2 Medjool Dates
  • 2 cups of Spinach
  • 2 cups of Coconut water

Blend and serve 🙂




Chocolate Berry Heaven




  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries

Blend and Serve! 🙂
