Ingredients:
- Pineapple
- Banana
- Ginger
I juiced the pineapple and ginger and then added to the blender with a banana for a yummy health smoothie!
This smoothie is loaded with vitamin C and if you really want to kick it up a notch, add some garlic for even more of a super immune system boost!!
