Something, which is also nutritiously delicious too!
This is one of my favourite decadent smoothies, taste’s so naughty but is soo good for you. Also a great post work out drink!
And who doesn’t like Peanut Butter??!
Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 large frozen ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp natural peanut butter (raw if possible)
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
You can add ice if you wish for a perfect summer drink.
