Another carob recipe!! I am loving Carob and I love that I can eat these without feeling a little burned out , like I can sometimes after too much Cacao powder!
- 1 cup of Cacao Butter
- 1/2 cup of Goji Berries
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds
- 1 dropperful of Stevia
- 2 tbsp of Carob
- 1/2 tbsp of Lucuma
- 1/2 cup of Desicatted Coconut
- 1/2 tbsp of Maca
Melt the cacao butter over a low heat. Once melted pour into a rectangle dish,( I use Tupperware,) add in the carob, lucuma, maca and stevia. Stir well. Sprinkle on top the Goji berries, then the coconut and finally the hemp seeds. Push the topping into the mixture so they will set properly in the bars.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes, once set, cut into bars. Store in the fridge 🙂
