Sugar Free Sweet Spread

This is my favourite spread at the moment, I put it on my popcorn, oatcake’s, pancakes and it’s great for my low GI lifestyle.

All you need is

  • Coconut oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Stevia

Stir these together to your taste and serve on anything you want!!

The ingredients are all great for you:

Coconut oil is a much need healthy saturated fat, which actually increases your metabolism and helps your thyroid ! not to mention you can use it as a natural moisturiser, lip balm & hair conditioner.

Cinnamon is great for balancing blood sugar, is an antioxidant, helps digestion, anti inflammatory and stimulates circulation.

Stevia is my favourite sugar-free sweetener! I use the alcohol free Nu Naturals brand as some others are quite bitter. Extracted from the stevia plant this sweetener is natural and has no effect on blood sugar, great for people on low gi lifestyles, anti-candida diets and anyone cutting out the processed white stuff!
