Ahh I’m a bit late with this one… but trying to catch up on all my video’s. I’ve been working on my new website, which is taking up most of my time, so I’ve got behind on my blog and vlog’s.
I did a 3 day juice cleanse at the beginning of the year, and I’ve been cleansing quite a bit since, with My raw food cleanse that I’m on now, and with Spring here I’ve felt in the mood to give myself a spring clean. Plus I find it helps my creative side, focus and drive when I’m looking after my diet and eating lighter, my brain works better and the creativeness flows!
