I did make this video last year, just before Christmas.. finally got round to uploading all of my video’s and I am finally up to date.

I can thank the fact that since my last cleanse I did, my productivity has been much higher, and my to do list is actually getting done!

It’s true that when your body is freed up from all the waste, extra digestion, we have more energy to do the things we want to do, and when your body feels clean inside you will start feeling more organised, orderly, and your outer world will reflect your clean, balanced insides ūüôā Who wouldn’t want that..?!

Quick Easy Delicious Healthy Breakfast

Almond Milk is soooo easy to make and taste’s far better freshly made!

I pour this over Chia seed’s add some Goji Berries, Coconut and stevia and YUM!

For Almond Milk all you need is:

  • 1 cup of Almonds (soaked for 12 hrs)
  • 2/3 cups of filtered water
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • Medjool Date for sweetener (optional)

Blend together, sieve and DONE!

Cherry Chocolate Brownies

These are a favourite for many!

I made this video to show you how you can make your very own at home.

  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup of dried cherries
  • 1/3 cup of pitted medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup of cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup of liquid coconut oil

Blend the almonds with the sea salt into a flour, add in the cacao powder and coconut oil & blend again, slowly add in the cherries and dates whilst on a slow setting this stops the mix from getting stuck, especially if you use a vitamix, this will eventually turn into a sticky dough. Using a heart shape cutter or shape of your choice, roll out the dough to 1 inch thick,  using your hand as it will be too sticky for a rolling-pin, and cut out the heart-shaped brownies!

I make a Raw chocolate and cover the brownies ¬†once they have been in the fridge for 30 minutes, this way the chocolate sets quickly and ¬†is a nice thick coating on the brownies ūüôā YUM

White Tea Enriching Facial Mask – Neals yard Remedies

My skin is a little sunburnt, I usually spend most of my time in the shade, but this weekend I went surfing and as a result y face got a little red!

I love using natural facial care, it’s very important to me that I only use the best ingredients, and safe ones for my body!

So here is a review of Neal’s Yard Remedies, White Tea Enriching Facial Mask!

The mask smells amazing firstly, the texture is soft and smooth and the colour of clay, I applied it onto dry skin and left on for 15 minutes.

This mask is great for dry skin, as it’s very nourishing, it has amazing quality oils :

Pumpkin seed oil, Evening primrose oil, Frankincense oil, Blackcurrant oil (this is the smell I love!) all of these Nourish the skin gently and naturally.

White tea is a great antioxidant and fantastic at brightening and repairing whilst Aloe Vera soothes the skin.

I could really tell the difference once I washed off the mask, my skin was plumper from the added moisture, my sensitive skin was soothed and looked brighter, happier and smoother.

I am soon to be 31 in September and I like to take care of my skin from the inside out, and what I put on the outside to be as safe as the foods I eat and as nourishing!

Very impressed and in my top 3 face masks! 10/10 . Gold Stars.

Day one of my Cleanse America Raw food cleanse

Yes I know this is a little late, I’ve had a bit of trouble uploading my vlogs lately, so I’m catching up!

I did a 10 day Cleanse with Cleanse America, focusing on only Raw Vegan Smoothies, Juices and soups.

It was a great reset for me! Got me off the healthy heavier foods I had been eating  and gave my digestion a lovely break, so my body could focus on more important things.

It’s got me on a roll and I’m now on a No Nuts cleanse as they aren’t great for my digestion.

Here is My video from Day 1, I will be posting Day 2 shortly and then because of commitments I didn’t get time to do any more videos from the cleanse. I did however do a vlog from after I finished the cleanse. I felt so good on 100% raw i carried on for about 5 weeks, then introduced a few cooked foods back in lately like my beloved quinoa and steamed veg.

Here is my Vlog from after I finished the 10 day liquid cleanse and followed with 30 days raw! unfortunately I didn’t get to blog in-between due to commitments .

Oh ¬†and there is a June cleanse starting soon for Cleanse America, I’d check it out as it’s worth it!

No Sugar Cleanse! Re-balancing my system and Digestion

I did a Month of a No Sugar Cleanse including my beloved Fruit!

This was to rebalance my system and digestion and I followed The Body Ecology diet, introducing Fermented Foods.

It was another great lesson in my Health Journey and I’ve been enjoying Fermented Foods every since, such as Coconut Kefir and Fermented Veg, which have been amazing for my immune system (which is mainly in our gut!)

I also take a probiotic everyday too. These one’s are highly recommended.
