Spring Time = Iced Tea!

Monday morning and the sun is shining!! I love days like this 😀 I love Spring time and especially when the day brings sunshine and warmth.

This beautiful sunshine inspired me to make a healthy version of an iced tea to sit and enjoy in the sun. I found an amazing recipe on Linda Wagner’s blog (which I LOVE, you should check her out )


This tea reminds me of the Master Cleanse, but without the maple syrup  and use’s stevia instead. (which in my opinion is better for our happy little GI tract)
You can make it with hot water if you want a hot tea.. but I made mine with filtered cold water and enjoyed garnished with Lemon slices.

Oh and this is my little Pooch Macy that I’m looking after this week.

Isn’t she cute!

Right I’m off to make the most of this sunshine whilst sipping on my Spring time Iced Tea 🙂
