I’m Nutty about Fresh Almond Milk .

Oh Almond milk how I love you!

I don’t like Dairy & it doesn’t like me.. so I’m cool with that and  we avoid each other.

I do however like my “milk” when it’s made from Almonds. Not only is it loaded with vitamin E, making my skin all glowie and smooth, it also loves me as much as I love it, which means great digestion and no more skin condition.

Soo easy to make, all you need is:

  • Blender
  • Almonds
  • Dates (Medjool are the way)
  • Sea salt
  • Filtered Water
  • Nut milk bag
Blend 1 cup almonds with just under 1 litre of filtered water, add pitted date and pinch of sea salt. Once smooth strain through a nut milk bag, separating the pulp from the liquid.
Ta da! Pour over yummy raw breakfast’s, blend with smoothies, make ice-cream.. here are some of the things I do with it:
