Crunchy Cheesy Kale Chips

These are an all time favourite of mine and sooooo easy to make!


Everyone that tastes them loves them, and I have been busy lately making batches for all my friends.

The Recipe is really easy to follow, the Ingredients are :

  • Kale
  • lemon juiced
  • tahini – 1/2 a cup
  • tamari – 60ml (1/4 cup)
  • sea salt – 1 tbsp
  • nutritional yeast – 4 tbsp
You blend up everything except the kale, and then massage the mixture into the kale until evenly coated. Place in a dehydrator for 10-12 hrs @ 105f
and Taaaa daaa! I recommend you make an extra batch as they are very addictive and won’t last long! Great alternative to crisps or any other savoury snack.
Kale is an amazing superfood veg, Loaded with Calcium, Iron, Vitamin C & Vitamin A. These are super good for you and they taste amazing. Can’t get better than that 😉
